All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

* If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in 5 -10 business days. The time will depend on your bank.
If the item is damaged or incorrect it must be reported within 48 hours of receiving item and include photo and or video evidence.
